CREST is compatible with orthodox medicine – there are no known contra-indications. In fact there is evidence of positive benefits. For example, side effects of chemotherapy can be reduced or eliminated with our therapies.

Also, a study “Impacting Quality of Life for Patients with Advanced Cancer with a Structured Multidisciplinary Intervention: A Randomized Controlled Trial”, Rummans et al concluded that participants who received the multi-disciplinary approach maintained and actually improved their quality of life during radiation therapy.

Others who did not receive the multi-disciplinary approach experienced a significant decrease in their quality of life. Thus, a structured multidisciplinary intervention can help maintain or even improve quality of life in patients with advanced cancer who are undergoing cancer treatment.
